Playing Responsibly
You must be at least 21 years old to access and play on the mkk99 platform. Players under 21 are not permitted to register or play. This is a policy we have set to protect players and promote healthy gambling habits. We strictly enforce the 21+ rule.
If you are experiencing financial pressure or personal problems due to gambling, contact our 24/7 Live Chat right away or send an email to [email protected]. For mental health concerns related to gambling, you can also seek advice from family or a professional. mkk99 always encourages responsible gambling.
If you feel a strong urge to keep playing after a loss, need to borrow money to play, cannot control how long you play, or feel anxious when you are not playing — these may be warning signs of problem gambling. If you notice these signs, take a break from playing and speak with a professional. You can read more on our Responsible Gaming page.
If you want to set your own deposit limit, contact our support team via mkk99's 24/7 Live Chat and make a request. Setting limits to manage your budget well is a form of responsible gambling, and mkk99 supports this approach. Keep gambling as entertainment and do not go beyond your budget.
Withdrawal Questions
The minimum withdrawal amount at mkk99 is 30,000 Ks. You can request a withdrawal via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay, and funds typically arrive within 10–45 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.
No. For security and fraud prevention, mkk99 only processes withdrawals to a payment method registered under the same name used to open the account. Whether you use KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay, it must be your own personal account.
After receiving the 150% welcome bonus, you can only withdraw bonus winnings once you have met the 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, and you must wager 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw. Your own deposited funds, however, can be withdrawn without that restriction.
Withdrawals normally take 10–45 minutes. However, temporary delays on the receiving bank's server, verification processes, or issues with withdrawal amount limits can cause it to take longer. If it has been more than 45 minutes, contact our support team via 24/7 Live Chat with your Transaction ID and we will look into it right away.
Yes. mkk99's deposit and withdrawal service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can request a withdrawal right after playing late at night and funds will arrive in your KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay within 10–45 minutes. There are no office-hours restrictions.
Local Games
Shan Koe Mee is a card game popular across Myanmar and the Shan State, played with 3 cards. Players compete against each other or against the dealer, and the side with the higher number wins. mkk99 offers Live Shan Koe Mee with various game variations, a Myanmar-language interface, and the freedom to choose your own bet amount.
Yes. The mkk99 platform is fully accessible on Android and iOS phones through a browser. No app installation is needed — you can play Shan Koe Mee smoothly over Myanmar's 4G network, and you will find the experience even better on phones with a slightly larger screen.
In 3D lottery, three numbers are drawn using a random number generator (RNG). Because these numbers cannot be predicted in advance, we advise you to control how much you bet and play purely for fun. mkk99 always guarantees fair results for 3D lottery play.
In the 2D game, players pick two numbers and place their bet in advance. Results are generated through a random number system, so no player can know the outcome ahead of time. The random method ensures fair results — note that predicting in advance does not improve your chances of winning.
Yes. At mkk99, you can play local live games with dealers broadcasting in real time. This format feels just like playing in a traditional club in person, which is why local players enjoy it. You can play in a Myanmar-language environment.
Baccarat and Table Games
Yes. You can play mkk99's Live Casino directly through your smartphone browser. With a good Myanmar 4G connection, you can enjoy Live Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Roulette on your phone screen without video interruptions.
Dragon Tiger is a very simple card game where players bet on whether the Dragon side or the Tiger side will get the higher card. The dealer deals one card to each side, and whichever side has the higher card wins. There is also a Tie bet, which pays out at higher odds. You can learn more about Dragon Tiger on the Dragon Tiger page at mkk99.
You can use bonus funds to play Live Casino games — however, you should check via Live Chat to confirm whether they count toward the wagering requirement. As for bet limits, each Live Casino game has its own minimum and maximum bet amounts, which you can see on screen while playing.
In Baccarat, players bet on the Player side, the Banker side, or a Tie. Card values count up to 9, and if the total goes over 10, the tens digit is dropped. A score of 8 or 9 is called a Natural and wins immediately. If you bet on the Banker and win, a commission may be charged — the rate can vary depending on the table.
In Roulette, players can bet on a single number, groups of numbers, red or black, odd or even, or High/Low. Betting on a single number pays out at higher odds, while group bets pay lower odds but have a better chance of winning. In Live Roulette, you can watch the dealer's live spin in real time as you play.
